Tips for how to enjoy your helicopter tour

Choose the Right Tour Operator

Selecting a reputable and experienced tour operator is crucial for a successful helicopter tour. Research different operators read reviews, and compare offerings to find one that suits your preferences. Look for companies with well-maintained helicopters, professional pilots, and a strong safety record. A reliable operator will enhance your overall experience and provide peace of mind during your journey.

Plan Ahead and Book in Advance

Helicopter tours in Dubai are highly sought after, so it's advisable to plan and book your tour in advance. This guarantees that you'll be able to book your preferred date and time slot. During peak tourist seasons, booking early becomes even more important, as Helicopter tours can sell out quickly. By planning ahead, you'll avoid disappointment and have a seamless experience.

Opt for a Window Seat

When booking your helicopter tour, try to reserve a window seat. Window seats provide the best opportunities for breathtaking views and unparalleled photo opportunities. Having an unobstructed view of Dubai's landmarks and landscapes will enhance your experience and allow you to capture stunning aerial shots.

Dress Comfortably

Comfort is essential during your helicopter tour, so dress appropriately. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and choose closed-toe shoes for safety. Additionally, it's recommended to wear neutral-colored clothing to minimize reflections and glare on the helicopter's windows, ensuring clearer views and better photographs.

Arrive Early and Follow Instructions

Arriving early at the helipad ensures a smooth start to your helicopter tour. It allows time for check-in procedures, safety briefings, and any necessary paperwork. Pay careful attention to the instructions provided by the tour operator and follow their guidelines regarding safety protocols, boarding procedures, and photography restrictions. Following instructions will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Listen to the Pilot's Commentary

During your helicopter tour, the pilot will provide informative commentary about the landmarks and points of interest you'll encounter. Pay close attention and listen to their descriptions, as they offer valuable insights and enhance your understanding of Dubai's iconic sites. The pilot's commentary adds depth and context to your experience, making it more engaging and educational.

Be Mindful of Photography Etiquette

Photography enthusiasts will undoubtedly want to capture the stunning views during their helicopter tour. However, it's crucial to be considerate of other passengers and follow photography etiquette. Avoid obstructing the views of fellow passengers, and be mindful of the pilot's instructions regarding the use of cameras or mobile devices. Remember to enjoy the moment firsthand rather than solely focusing on capturing the perfect shot.

Relax and Enjoy the Experience

Finally, relax and savor every moment of your helicopter tour. Take in the breathtaking views, marvel at Dubai's architectural wonders, and appreciate the unique perspective from the sky. Immerse yourself in the experience, and don't forget to enjoy the exhilaration of flying high above the city. Allow yourself to be fully present and create memories that will last a lifetime.
