Clients' General Notes
- Passengers are advised that it is illegal to photograph military and other government installations. Often inquire before taking photographs of Arabs with regard to local traditions, and do not take pictures for the Arab ladies.
- The procurement of all of the services and products listed on this website is subject to the Contractual Terms set out below.
Contract Terms
- Helicopter Tour Dubai, which is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, its affiliates, related firms, and employees (hereinafter referred to as Helicopter Tour Dubai) serve as agents for owners, operators, public carriers, and other individuals offering tours, transport, and other services under this Arrangement.
- As agents, and to the degree that Helicopter Tour Dubai which itself provide either of the services given hereunder, Helicopter Tour Dubai shall not be liable to the beneficiary of such services (the 'Customer') or to any other person for any harm, harm, delay or cost, including, without limitation to the extent permissible by law, any death, injury or illness to any person or any loss or damage, including, without limitation to the extent allowable by law, any death, injury or illness to any person or any loss or damage which may be caused to a Client. Whatever happens when the same arise during or as a result of any person's performance or non-performance of any tour, transportation, or other benefits provided below. Additionally, due to delays or changes in the timetable or other reasons, Helicopter Tour Dubai does not assume any liability for the loss or extra expenses.
- Any tour voucher and any other tickets and vouchers distributed in accordance with the services rendered under this Agreement shall be given and issued pursuant to these Terms and Conditions in all respects and to any and all of the Terms and Conditions of the Owners, Operators, Transport Carriers and any other individual offering services under this Agreement to the Customer. Copies of the terms and conditions of this type are available when people ask for a request.
- Helicopter Tour Dubai and its distributors reserve the freedom to change itineraries for the pleasure and benefit of the tour participants, in order to enhance each tour. The Tours of our Company Helicopter Tour Dubai and its vendors reserve the right, in compliance with operating conditions, to postpone or reschedule any tour departures.
- Helicopter Tour Dubai Reserves the right to postpone or cancel any trip prior to departure and to refuse at any time to admit or return any person as a member of the tour. In particular, delays and cancellations which arise from reasons outside the control of the Tours of our Company, such as the weather, illness, strikes, conflicts, and other force majeure incidents, because of the existence of many of the tours and other activities. In such cases, at the discretion of the company Tours and/or the operator of the tour or other activities involved, refunds or partial refunds can be given, but it is not assured.
- The customer acknowledges and recognizes the possible hazards and risks that could be included in any of the journeys and events and is responsible for ensuring that he or she is emotionally and physically capable of engaging in the selected trip or activity. The client must comply with every trip or other activity leader's orders. If in the view of the leader, the conduct or physical state of the customer is harmful to the safety, health, and well-being of the community as a whole, or if the leader feels that the overall well-being of the customer may be put at risk by continuing the trip or other activity, the customer will be required to leave the tour, safari or other activity without any of the right to any refund.
- The personal belongings are at the client's sole expense during the trip or other activity at all times.
- The purchasing of a tour or other activity shall be considered to represent the approval and acknowledgment of these Terms of Use by or on behalf of the Client.
price, payment, and voucher Problems
Prices
Without warning, price quotes are subject to change. If the quoted price is not right for any reason, you will be contacted for permission by the Helicopter Tour Dubai team. For the Islamic holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods, seasonal surcharges/blackout dates may apply.
Payments
All tours/services, unless otherwise indicated, must be pre-paid. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. The payment will be classified on the credit card statement as "Helicopter Tour Dubai" In the UAE Dirham (AED), you will be paid at the exchange rate applicable on the day of your booking.
Online Payment: Master Card, Visa, American Express.
Credit Card Payment (Direct Card Payment): Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Issue of the voucher
After payment, a receipt/voucher will be issued by Helicopter Tour Dubai by e-mail: this voucher must be printed as proof of purchase and delivered to the service provider.
All information about passengers should be given accurately at the time of booking. All modification/amendment requests must be submitted to Helicopter Tour Dubai before the date of service at least by 72 hours.
Cancellation, refund & process for canceling a reservation
Fee for cancellation / rebate
The tour or package or any product canceled without due notice shall be subject to a termination charge of the following scale unless otherwise specified:
- A 100% refund will be granted in case the tour is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to tour date
- A 50% refund will be granted in case the tour is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to tour date
- No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to tour date
Cancellation by service provider:
If the tour had to be cancelled due to weather conditions or technical problems, the customers will be notified through a phone call. A full refund can be granted, or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.
Cancellation process for a booking:
A request of cancellation from us must accompany the full cancellation of the previous service confirmed by us.
Refunds
Helicopter Tour Dubai is committed to offering an appropriate means of repayment. Cashback would be composed of a refund for the credit. That is, the amount charged, cancellation fees will be minus it (if applicable), it will be credited directly on your credit card. This will take anywhere within 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be shown in your account after the refund orders have been given to our Merchant Bank.
Insurance:
Passengers are insured by service provider(supplier) in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorities regulations.

'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' content, applications, products, and services published on this website are provided and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. In specific, Helicopter Tour Dubai and its affiliates do not promise the authenticity of any inaccuracies related to the details and definition and deny any responsibility Many of the details offered by the respective vendors relates to the hotel, excursions, promotional deals, and other items shown on this website (including, without exception, photos, a list of hotel facilities, general product specifications, etc.).
Helicopter tour Dubai, its affiliates, and/or their respective distributors make no claims as to the validity of the content, applications, products, and services found on this website for any reason whatsoever, and 'AS IS' without warranty of any sort is given for the inclusion or offering for sale of any products or services.
Helicopter Tour Dubai, its member companies, and/or their respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions, including any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular reason, title, and non-infringement, with respect to this content, software, goods, and services.
In the case of any problem, cancellation, adding something to your bookings, strike, force majeure, or other reasons outside their immediate control, our Organization and its affiliates have no responsibility and will not allow any refund and they are not responsible for any extra costs, omissions, disruptions, rerouting or acts of any government or jurisdiction Helicopter Tour Dubai, its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers shall not, in any event, be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damage arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the delay or inability to use this website or in connection with any failure to perform, error, omission, interruption, defect or failure to use this website, delay in the operation or transmission of any information, software, products and services obtained through this website or otherwise resulting from the use of this website, whether based on contract, wrongful conduct, strict liability or otherwise, even if the company, its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers have been advised of the possibility of damages, losses or expenses.
We do not give any guarantee that the website is free of viruses or anything else that could have a detrimental impact on any technology.
Terms Modification:
Our Company reserves the right without notice or liability to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions on a regular basis. The continued use, following any such changes, of the company shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Passport, Health, & Visas:
In particular (but without limitation), each customer must verify that he has the appropriate documents for his journey if he has booked tours, packages, or transfers, including flights or visits to a country other than the country of departure. He has to own a passport (with a visa if necessary) or a valid ID card and bring it with him. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
Law Governing:
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined by the applicable law to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely correspond to the original provision's intent and the rest of the Terms and Conditions will continue in effect.
