• For better pictures: wear dark-colored clothes since they reduce the reflection on the helicopter windows. Unlike lighter colors that tend to ruin your photos due to the window's reflection.

Sharing:
The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger per seat, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this are required to add/purchase one more seat due to weight and balance limitation of the aircraft. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required.

Exclusive/Private:
The maximum total weight limit is 430 kg per flight (6-seaters) and 490 kg per flight (7-seaters) in accordance with the weight and balance limitations of the aircraft.

If the weight is close to or exceeds the limit, kindly contact us via email at book@helicoptertourdubai.ae or WhatsApp at +971 55 980 7997. We kindly request passengers to provide accurate weight information at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the cancellation of the flight with a non-refundable ticket, or one passenger may be removed from the flight.

Once inside the helicopter, you can take your own pictures as many as you can. But you cannot take pictures while walking to and from Heliport to the helicopter due to safety precautions.

The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers in the flight. You can request a seat, but we cannot guarantee in advance.

Only sunglasses and a smartphone or small camera are permitted on board; complimentary lockers are available for other valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted on board.

Smartphones and consumer cameras are welcome. Selfie sticks, tablets and professional cameras, and lenses of more than 400 mm are not permitted on board.

Tours canceled more than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 100% refund
Tours canceled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund
Tours canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded
